Several Blue Jackets Recognized at the Biggest Tournament in the Country

Several players from the MVP Blue Jackets 18u team were honored by making Perfect Game's 2016 WWBA Northeast Qualifier All-Tournament Team. Over 110 teams and 2000 players from all across the country participated in this tournament. Of those 2000+ players, four Blue Jackets were nominated to the All-Tournament Team. Jordan Choman, 2017 graduate of Holy Redeemer high school; Ken Macko, 2018 graduate of Meyers high school; Simon Peter, 2018 graduate of G.A.R. high school; Tanner Williams, 2017 graduate of Wyoming Area high school were the chosen ones. They've taken on the "Killer Bee" mentality that Coach Mike Petroski and Dave Rosario have been advocates all along. With back to back championship wins in their last two tournaments, they are only getting stronger as their team chemistry improves. MVP Blue Jackets 11/12u Go the Distance in Championship Battle!

Big Vision Sports Complex was honored to to witness the hard fought championship game from The MVP Blue Jackets 11/12u vs. The Levvittown American Adrenaline. The championship game was a 9 inning barn burner and when it was all said and done, MVP came up short. The Adrenaline walked away with the 5-4 Win. Team Adrenaline, nationally ranked, is no stranger to good competition. They've played all over the east coast but this game vs. The Blue Jackets will go down as "ONE OF THEIR BEST MATCHES EVER!" Both teams upheld the class act sportsmanship we can only strive to instill in these young boys. GREAT JOB TO BOTH TEAMS!!!

MVP Blue Jackets 12/13u Taking Home Hardware!

The MVP Blue Jackets 12/13u were yet again on the hunt this weekend at In the Net's Stolen Base Extravaganza. This tournament was filled with some of the most well known teams in Pennsylvania. Teams such as the Harrisburg Hornets, Keystone Cougars Blue, Flood City Elite, and Grand Slam Bluerocks, are no strangers to success. Some local teams such as the NEPA Riverdawgs, East Coast Sandhogs, and Abington Dirt Devils, joined in on the competition but all in all, there was one team that really had it going on. MVP Blue Jackets 16/17u make Berkshire Championship a Nail Biter!

The MVP Blue Jackets 16/17u team was the talk of the town at Big Vision Sports Complex for the Patriots Day Classic Tournament. After defeating Walk Off Legacy, West Lawn Owls, Lower Macgungie Mustangs, and the Collegeville Cubs, in flawless fashion, the #1 Seed, MVP Blue Jackets was scheduled to meet the opposing Pools #1 Seed, the Berkshire Black Sox. Both teams met each other Sunday evening for the Championship game carrying a 4-0 record. Although it was the hottest weekend of Summer and players of both teams were physically and mentally drained, neither allowed this to sidetrack them from the goal they set out to achieve.
