Over the past couple of years of hosting "travel ball", we have recognized some major concerns with its forecast and how it effects today's modern day players. To truly serve today's players in what they need, we are prepared to take a very unique approach.
The "travel ball" model is NOT fulfilling what today's players truly need. Children and young adults commonly lack leadership abilities, discipline, confidence, coping skills and a genuine understanding of how to compete. Team practice twice a week followed by a weekend of 3-4 games is not the formula for player's to address these deficiencies and become the best version of themselves.
The Player Development Approach:
Our goal is to develop the player to become his absolute best, not leaving anything on the table. This 6 Month Program will include:

Baseball Workouts - Hitting, Defense & Footspeed - AxeBat Training System, Trosky Defensive Playbook, HitTrax Player Profiles, Live At-Bats, Speed & Acceleration Training.

Strength and Conditioning Sessions - (3 days in person) and (2 days on your own)

New Players to the Expos Organization will be required to purchase a Team Hat ($20) at the front desk of MVP. We will make arrangements to get each player a few workout tops as all players must be in Expos uniform at all scheduled events of this program.
